basically this is a vibecoded nerv skin changer redesign. currently it is in beta! the source was provided by ACRIBLE (original source linked) i'm new to vibecoding CS2 so stick along i'm trying to make a fast updating skin changer ^_^

problems:
sometimes skins/stickers dont apply after switching guns too fast/after respawn
agents legs buggy
stickers dont move sometimes more fixes and such coming soon! - skidcoded ^_^
